Clement Sunny Abraham (M.Sc., B.Sc., Dip., CNA, ISACA) is a seasoned professional accountant with over 28 years of experience in financial management within Nigeria’s tertiary education sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting (2017), a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (2005), and a Diploma in Accounting (1996), alongside professional certifications as a Certified National Accountant (ANAN) and membership of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), USA.

He is currently serving as the Bursar of the Federal College of Education (Technical), Isu, Ebonyi State (March 2026 – Date). Prior to this appointment, he served as Bursar at the Federal College of Education, Eha-Amufu (2020–2025) and as Deputy Bursar at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Omoku (2015–2019; 2025–2026). He also held various progressive positions, including Chief Accountant, Principal Accountant, and Senior Accountant. Notably, he served as the Pioneer Head of Internal Audit at Federal Polytechnic, Ukana during a sabbatical appointment.

Mr. Abraham possesses extensive expertise in budgeting, auditing, financial reporting, payroll administration, and regulatory compliance. He is highly proficient in digital financial management systems, including GIFMIS, Remita, IPPIS, and ERP payroll applications. His notable contributions include the computerization of bursary operations, migration of payroll systems, human capacity development on IPSAS implementation, and the successful completion of major institutional projects.

Throughout his career, he has received numerous recognitions and awards for leadership, professional excellence, and community service. Beyond his professional engagements, he remains actively involved in community development and religious service while maintaining a keen interest in football and music.

Mr. Abraham is a Nigerian from Ihuowo Community, Ahoada East Local Government Area, Rivers State. He is married and blessed with children.
